Just a scruffy mutt on the internet who likes to draw

Hi there!
I'm Cyrus, and this is where you can see all of my commission info and samples. I'm still getting started as an artist, so my portfolio is still a bit slim, but will be updated as I complete more pieces.

Terms of Service

APPLICATION / ORDER FORM
A commission order is filled out through GoogleForms. All information should be filled out there. However, if there are further questions, the artist can be reached through email or social media. If the client needs assistance in filling out the application, they are encouraged to reach out to the artist for assistance.
PAYMENT
PayPal preferred, but other options may be discussed. An invoice will be sent to the email listed on the order form, complete with order details, and commission summary attached. The client can either pay in full upfront, or half the amount to start and then the remaining amount when work has finished. However, work will not start without payment.
REFUNDS
- If the client or artist would like to cancel the order, and work has not begun on the commission, the client will receive a full refund.
- If work has begun on the commission, but either the client or artist would like to cancel the commission, the client will receive half of the full refund.
- If the client has agreed on a final image and has been sent the final product, it becomes non-refundable.
TIPS
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. However, tips are not down-payments for a future order or service, and it does not allow the tipper to reserve a spot on the commission’s list or priority in any way.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- If alterations are requested after work on the piece has begun, there may be a charge assessed based on the complexity of the piece and how long / how much effort it will take to make the requested edits.
To avoid the fee for changes, the client is requested to communicate dissatisfaction at any point in the process before work moves on to shading, painting, or rendering.COMMUNICATION
The artist prefers to send WIP (work in progress) images for clients to stay continually involved in the process and for adjustments to be made as needed for a satisfactory image without incurring an adjustments fee. Open communication is highly recommended and requested from the client.
PUBLISHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA
It is highly encouraged to reblog/retweet from the original creator. If the client desires to publish the image on social media, the client must ask the artist’s permission, and if approved, the client must include the artist’s social media handle/tag in the post.
After receiving the completed order, do not tamper with the product (recolor, crop, edit out the signature or watermark).
- Do not resell, repost, or submit commissioned art into a contest of any form, or claim the work to have been done by anyone else other than the artist.
Stealing / plagiarism is severely discouraged.
- A watermark / signature will always be applied to all commissioned works, except for Twitch emotes / sub badges. This is non-negotiable.
- If it is found that commissioned artwork has been published without the artist being properly credited and without permission, and the issue has not been resolved after contact, future business will not be accepted from that person.
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason with or without explanation at any point within the process. It is not guaranteed, but the artwork may be live-streamed via Twitch unless permission is not given on the commission form.Commissions are not necessarily finished in the order they are received.
